How does a Virtual Balloon Race work?
A virtual balloon race takes place entirely online — no real balloons and no helium required — making it an environmentally friendly and sustainable way to fundraise.
Running a race costs £39, but there’s no upfront payment thanks to our FREE RACE SETUP. We’ll simply deduct the £39 from your payout once your race finishes. If your race doesn’t reach £39 in sales, you’ll never be asked to pay the difference.
Every race includes:
- A unique race webpage for your event
- A simple admin dashboard to manage and monitor the race
- Everything you need to launch and run your fundraiser online

Online paid entries must register their balloons 2 days before the race start date.
Postal entries are processed the same as paid entries and you will receive an email notifying you of your entry if your entry is deemed valid and arrives on or before
11 Apr 0025.
